Very useful and helpful course. Even having done this course previously, you find that you need refreshing. The clarity of presentations is excellent both in content and in speech. For all in food handling occupation it provides a clear outline of obligations and compliance.......an essential basic course of instruction.

Why did I have to retake level 1 again after I had just complete Level 2?

A really good course which is informative and gets the training across.I would look to see if the number of video's could be reduced from 37 as that is quite a bit and results in a very stop start process. I do like that it is broken down and it can then be done in chunks so reducing them slightly will help
sensible and understandable as well as conveying the importance of the subject.
The bite-size approach makes it esy to conplete in a modular fashion. The videos add a visible example...the occasional questions gamify. Presenters were excellent, all round effective.
