The way the course was delivered made it earlier for me to retain the information. I find it easier to take in the information when it is being read out loud and on view to read.

Clear presentation, broke done into small sections for better learning
Well, I love how the videos are very short and have so much information in 1 short video and the questions in between a few videos. I would suggest it for other people who want to get into cooking.
