This was very easy to follow as it broken down in to smaller segments, making it easier to follow.
I have no experience in the food industry and this training provided an easy to navigate, understand and useful informations

I particularly liked the chance to go back to a section when I answered incorrectly in the test. Don't think I will forget that one!
This was very helpful to let you know what temperature is a danger zone and what foods are most dangerous to reheat, ie Cooked rice Very Informative and I found the whole content relevant and very factual, also the right amount of information to take in before a test at the end
