This was a brilliant course - I usually follow the same amount of hygiene in my own kitchen at home. But I did get to learn few new things like sanitisers that can be used on food surfaces.Everything was excellent in the course, except if in the clip which showed food handler washing hands, the tap was constantly on. Because in the video it is recommended to wash hands thoroughly which might take 30 secs or so, keeping the tap on for all that time wastes a lot of water.If you think this is a valid point, then if you can show the right technique to use to wash hands thoroughly and Save water would be great.
