Although the information is sound "common sense" it does bring all the basic requirements together. At times found the trainers a little "speedy" in delivery especially if taking notes, although the summary at the end of each section was particularly helpful. When completing the test there was no way of correcting choices if the wrong option was accidentally pressed
I found this a very informative and easy to follow course. Having short soundbite videos helps with concentration and ensures I get the most out of it. Really great extra info and downloads to explore food hygiene in more detail
