Excellent knowledge transfer in a package that is concise and extremely informative.
I thought the training was good. It didn't take too long to complete but there was a lot of material covered. Some of the points were pretty obvious but it is always good to be reminded.

It's a really interesting course. I have learn't a few things in doing so that I will ensure I incorporate in my home environment.I think the majority of the questions are based on the individual actually working in a kitchen environment.

The course is comprehensive and very clear.
Following the course I understood the content well, more multiple choice tests interspersed would have helped cement the training better. As always 15mins could have been removed from the 54mins running time.
