A good reminder on all food hygiene matters for the man in the street
The training was easy to navigate, interesting and very informative. I feel it has done a good job at preparing me for volunteering, which I am really looking forward to.
Would like to know if there are any other courses to support the teaching DT (ccoking) for primary school children as this course featured food industry workers

The course was easy to follow providing example videos and questions along the way. I liked how it was grouped into categories and provided explanations of the various terms etc. 20 question quiz at the end was a bit much, as it's a lot to take in and remember, it would be better to have 3-4 questions after each topic.

No time limit on the test meant a lot to me as it takes me longer to read. That aside I thought it was well shot and the presentation was pretty high quality and consistant.
I thought this course was very thorough and very helpful. The voices of both the ladies doing the course were very good at keeping interest in the subject and The use of two ladies doing the course material is good to stop you from zoning out.
Very clear and concise, easy to understand, great training course!
