I had done this course many years ago. I felt it was very informative & a great refresher. This will help me in my everyday life & I will also be able to give my children an insight into why things should be done a set way. Thank you for the detailed insight.

Very insightful course which allows you to see how easily we can risk being sick. Very helpful for home and outside.

I don't work in the kitchen itself,so alot of the course was irrelevant to me.

All great apart from the sound was slightly out of sync with the narrator's mouth movements which made a bit irritating to watch at times
