Food hygiene is very important for your own safety and that of others.
Omg so much to take on board I can't believe I have to know so much.
Liked the fact it was not patronising and from the start was clear as to why there are things to learn and be conscious of. there is a sense in which sometimes these things can be just box ticking. I did not get that sense at all here.
The course was not relevant to my role, but - even more frustrating - some of the questions were wrong.
Easy to understand and explained in a straight forward manner.
Clear and concise, with good summary in each section
Crystal clear. Good examples. Very useful also in daily life and home cooking.
