This is a brilliant course. Easy to follow and expertly concise. Highly recommended for young students in a college or high school setting to be able to earn them an understanding of food hygiene.

A lot of the points are procedures we should already be following at home however its good that the course enforces the obvious and highlights the need to be more thorough when handling food. I was educated in the types of bacteria and their causes and will definitely pay more attention to used by and best before labelling.
