I enjoyed completing the on-line training, it was user friendly and good quality, factual information. very useful knowledge.
Because it was interesting and not too lengthy it kept you listening and therefore able to digest the information.
i would say that this training programme is both ideal to those new to this area and also to those who would benefit from a refresher, as all important aspects are covered without being too involved and drawn out

Easy to follow with just the right level of detail and explanation.
Guidance is helpful and develops understanding of the subject. Easy to complete especially when you work in a busy environment where it is not always possible to go on training courses. Training over the internet is a good way to develop your knowledge yet allows practice to carry on as normal!
