I used this as a refresher, it took slightly longer to complete than stated but I did finish in just over an hour. As a Catering Manager it's very important that my staff have up to date training and this programme is a very good start.

Very easy to follow and understand
It is a requirement that I should pass this course in order for me to prepare and cook food whilst on a school camping trip. The course was easy to follow and very informative. Great to get a certificate to evidence for Health and Safety reasons that we are complying to the regulations.
