Found this really easy to understand and found some facts interesting about how we handle food. Will be taking more care with hand washing etc in the future.
It was very informative and although I thought I knew what not to do and what to do , it did actually give me more information and so now I feel I can work with food and stop any contamination what so ever.
I found this course very good, having done food hygiene before in a class this e learning allows you to review the course work several times before the test.
