Very informative course which opened my eyes to the pitfalls anyone could fall in to when serving or preparing food. I will certainly put it into practice at work and at home. Easy to understand and not too long.,can easily be done again if any more legislation comes into force.
Liked the fast pace through the course. Simple to follow format and a very helpful way to learn the required knowledge. Did not find it boring at any stage!!
