Most of the course is common sense which you practice every day but it was explained very well why we should follow this common practice and made clear what could happen if we don't.

Suitable for all persons involved in food preparation even older children.
This was a really easy to use course, that I was able to complete in the comfort of my home. It was a perfect introductory course and led on easily to Level 2. I would certainly recommend this course to anyone thinking about it.

A very easy to use step by step training course. Each area explained and covered and if needed all the areas could be revisited. The test at the end was ideal as only one question at a time and this didn't seem to be so much pressure.
