The course was easy to use, and the information was presented clearly. It's nice to in control, and be able to pause, or review things. Personally I would have liked a little more detail within the course itself regarding different bacteria and allergens, rather than having to look this up in separate documents. I felt it wouldn't have hurt for the course to be slightly longer, in order to fit this information in.
I found the course very interesting and good. Helped me think about what I should be doing all the time.
