Overall I found the course to be very informative and I learned new things that I was unaware of previously. The video clips were well presented and easy to understand. My only negative was that I felt the quiz/test was a little to easy.

I actually enjoyed doing this course. I am not usually a fan of e-learning but this was very good. It was nice to know that I could stop it if needed and also to be able to view again if there was something I did not understand first time around.

The Food Safety and Hygiene Training - Level 1 that I personally participated and took part in was very instructive and very informative in terms of learning and remaining myself with the many different aspects of this main agenda / course. It required me to think hard and all in all it taught me a few lessons that I never come across before. So I highly recommend this specific course on iHasco for sure.
