Information given clearly and in sufficient detail to get the message across.
Video is well constructed, easy to follow and the illustrations are clear and add value. The introduction, splitting into sections and then sub sections allows you to take the course at your own pace and setting questions at various stages keeps you focused. Personally I would have wished that when you clicked to the next section that it would start automatically without have to click to start but I guess this stops you rushing. The exam was clear, the questions relevant and based on practicalities and not detail (pathogens excepted!). Excellent if somewhat frightening introduction to Food Hygiene.ch section. into su
