Not all aspects of signage is covered in the course i.e. chemical

I seemed to have to click to the right to get to next section, then click over to the left to actually play each section - seemed bit longwinded. However, the course content covered the subject very well indeed.

Explained clearly the points to follow when serving food. How bacteria can spread and how cross contamination in the food areas can be avoided was very useful.
