Good to remind me of the safe food and hygiene up dates

Really enjoyed the training - variety of learning methods used (videos, audio, tests, transcript/subtitles available) with good descriptions and diagrams used to illustrate points. Key points were well summarised at end of each section, and I felt the information given was well pitched, concise and covered everything I needed to know! Thank you.

I found this course extremely useful as it covered food safety and hygiene really well. I also found the small summaries helpful after each video.

Was helpful on where to store certain foods in fridge, as before I didn't think I thought you could store meat on any shelf even though I personally always go for bottom shelf

This on line elearning was easy to understand from instructions given. I am already quite understanding of what is needed in Food Safety & Hygiene as have done these courses in the past. I do not work in food preparation generally however if I am required through my work it's good to have the certificate in place. Additionally the course has kept me up to date in my own domestic practices.
