learnt a few things I didnt know. Very informative
I found the overall course easy to follow and it was made easier with video demonstrations. It was explained really well and the detail of the course was good. Overall in my opinion I found it helped me digest the information.

A useful course to highlight the correct practices to be adhered to within a food preparation environment. Easy to understand and well laid out.
I found this course very interesting the gentleman who speaks has a calm, soothing voice but he also keeps you interested. I learnt a few things today which was good and would highly recommend the course to others.
Easy to follow and understand, the narrator was interesting and kept you watching.
I really enjoyed the way the course was run. I also enjoyed this training system as I could log in from home to complete.
