it was a really good expenices to learn everything i did. i learned plenty of new things i didnt no before hand. and was very intresting to learn.

This was a good introductory training session on food safety and hygiene. I undertook this to be able to help with food preparation in my church kitchen but it was generally useful for any food preparation. I liked the short video clips and written summaries. It was easy to follow and navigate through the sessions and useful to be able to pause and go back if needed. Some useful learning points which I will use when preparing, storing and cooking foods in future.

Food safety is so very important, but the course could if you were that way inclined to possibly have an adverse effect, but on the whole very constructive.

The ease of understanding is facilitated by the delivery of the course in small bite sized chunks. Highly recommended.
