Great refresher for all managers who have responsibility to manage the food production teams
Food Hygiene Level 3 training course provides a robust reminder of the HACCP elements, laws, legislations and requirements. Content is clear and additional resourses attached in the slides are very usfull and available to danload and use as a reminder or training resources for the teams.
