Very Comprehensive, nice bite sized videos, easy to follow, there were quite a lot of clips in total
I found that the Course covered everything that I needed to know. I liked the visual format of learning via short Video Clips…… very useful and easy to understand. Subject summaries were good as was the end of Course test. Only concern was that the total number of videos was quite a lot in total

The course was not long but efficient and very clear. The two presenters were well-spoken and easy to listen to. The course was very informative and gave all the required information with helpful summaries along the way.

Clear instructions, excellent demonstrations
Easy to follow, helpful progression , good questions midway through the course . Some vagueness about infections or illness of family members having to be reported . I think that the video only said that you are legally bound to report it if. “ You “ are affected .
The course is very engaging, educating and enlightening…
It has given me more information on what can make food to be safe for consumption or not. How to, prepare raw and cooked food, serve and preserve ready to eat food, as well as clean and dispose unwanted food. I havealso learned the skills of preservationof perishable foods.

The course is very engaging, educating and enlightening. I know the factors that could affect food to become unhygienic, unfit and hazardous to health, what makes our food contaminated and unfit for cosumption, also the rules and skills in keeping clean and hygienic environment, utensils and ourselves to present a hygenecally safe, delicious and healthy food. I also understand that business can grow or close depending on how we handle food.
