This course provided clear and useful information about food allergies, allergens, cross-contamination, food labelling, and how to keep people safe from allergic reactions. The training was easy to follow and helped improve my understanding of food safety and allergy awareness in the workplace.

Helpful ,useful information to have does not matter where you work
I found the training really helpful and the content was clear. The only part I struggled with was having to complete six online courses within 6–8 hours, especially with the 100% pass requirement. It made the day feel a bit rushed and stressful. I also wanted to mention that one course might show a longer completion time because my laptop was left on while the module was still open. Overall, the training was good — having a little more time or spreading the courses out would make it even better.
