Very supportive to make sure I know all that I’m doing have less risk when the Childrens have the meals.
That training is perfect ,because refreshing everything about allergen and cross contamination
I didn't have any difficulty to understand the course. Very well explained and the time to complete it was not too long. Also, very useful and important information was presented very clear and well summarised.

Well presented and comprehensive.
Well explained and easy to follow.
This is a very good course, certainly opens up a highly detailed perspective on risk assessing as a whole in line with foods containing allergens and risk procedures that can potentially result in cross contamination of allergens, however, merely out of curiosity, I randomly elected two of the questions and referred to the current recent governing legislation available on line and found that some current data and directives differed to the new "Natashas law" installed on 1st October 21. this reflected on 2 of my 3 wrong answers which I deviated to other resources for as a matter of comparison of legislation, knowing I might drop a few points but enough to keep my pass. Everyone in the industry should do this course, it's very good.
