The course was informative and easy to follow. Might have been useful to say a Test would follow at the end of the course in the section where the slides count down.

very informative , clear and thoughrough -also incudes transcrips

Test should be after the first 13 min one and another at the end

Good course but sad as so many people have to miss out on the different kinds of food due to allergies/intolerance.
