Again this subject was very interesting and the changes with food. I have to admit I did forget some of the allergies but this course brought me back up to speed.

The information was quite lengthy and very useful. It’s awesome that we’re allowed to take in the information in small chunks, and then re-visit the videos and written notes. This was an eye-opener and makes the reader sensitive to other people’s dietary needs and preferences.
