Really useful and informative course about allergens . Risks , cross contamination, ppe , personal hygiene, storage , ingredients lists. Allergens listed in Bold , highlighted, colour etc in ingredients lists to make them stand out and easily accessible by everyone to see Allergens listed. Easy course to follow and understand.
