This course was a good refresher - I hadn't done the course before but I have an allergic child sop I am well aware of most issues. It took me through things at a good rate and was accessible.
Learn a lot about allergies and also how to handle with Allergens ,Also the important thinks about cross contamination about food handling it’s very important also labelling.Packing ,Area wish separation about meat & seafood area .Full details in menu about ingredients etc.Thank you for give us good knowledge about Allergies
