Thought this course was quite clear and very informative. Information was explained well and in a clear format. However, the subtitles when you have those on cover up the text that the video presents. Overall a good course, thank you!
An excellent course for Food Allergy Awareness. Precise , clear and easy to follow. I particularly liked the option to watch the different sections as many times as you wish.
It was well presented and explained clearly. I like how everything is in sections because it allows me to go over parts if I'm unsure. It shows a variety of demonstrations and images- which helps engages the audience more and gives a variety to different ways on learning e.g. visual learners.

Again I enjoyed completing another course, this one made me really think about the allergens involved. I marked this course 5 stars, but I would also give it another 10 out of 10. The course was very well put together and presented. However, for next time 2 scenarios, 1st scenario involving a customer querying with a food counter person regarding ingredients, allergens. 2nd scenario, involving customer querying the same as above with staff member, who then double checks with catering team and then goes back and advises the customer.
