Although we may feel we all know what we are doing, re doing the training is a good prompt . It makes you question your procedures and question the way you do things.
Informative and easy to follow, some effective formative assessment and a thorough summative assessment.
If you accidentally miss a question/ part you cannot see which part you have missed. You have to go right through it again until you find it.
Very good training.
