This course didn't tell me anything I hadn't already read in an allergens book I have been reading.

The lady had a pleasant speaking voice (RP) and therefore easy to listen to and very clear making emphasis in her voice at the important moments.

The training was very clear and well presented, however the majority of it was irrelevant to my role as a youth leader. All I needed to know was how to look out for food allergens, I didn't need to know how to create packaging. The information could have been summarized a lot quicker than it was.

Very easy to follow and understand. I don't have sound on my PC so I used the subtitles which were very good.

It was very useful and informative and i would like learn more on food allergen training if possible.

Easy to follow for learners at all levels and cater for all learning needs

I had many problems accessing the training package, with the programme freezing and not being able to access the continue button to do the test. Although the support was good, I was very frustrated as it wasted a lot of time trying to sort it out. Eventually had to ask for our own in-house ICT specialists to sort the problem

the training was easy to follow and understand and gives me the information that I require within my job role.
