The training was very easy to access and complete. I liked having speakers present the information as opposed to reading the content.

Firstly, as a chef the course was very basic. You should start with a test, to save time for people who already know the industry. Secondly it should go into details of what sort of reactions that can be had if eating allergeniric foods.
