It was a very good course, easy to get on and a very professional course put together
The only thing I found was I couldn't see one of the questions clear enough even with my glasses on so got it wrong. It was the one with boxes to scroll over.
It is very interesting course clearly explain and it help you to understand the importance of the major food allergens in different food types.
A lot of information to take in on one sitting, 38 slides I believe. Recalling the answers for the 20 question test was a struggle and was happy to get 80%.
