Learned a lot more than I already know new.
The training whilst is comprehensive and breaks down into areas, for our type of business (warehouse and distribution) and the associated allergen risks and our audience/ participants namely drivers and warehouse/ sales reps / supply chain, I feel that 60% of content was not required. Additionally the inability to go back in to improve scores is frustrating although you have passed.
The lady speaking was very clear, the information was concise yet contained everything it needed to. I now feel much more capable.

The course was very informative and helpful, but there were some tiny issues with the videos, nothing extremely serious, but it made it a bit harder to focus on the course. Apart from that, very well done!
