Course easy and understandable. In fact I found it interesting and enjoyable to complete.
It is very beneficial and its for the good of the public to protect them from food allergy The awareness of this training is an eye opener and all food handlers and manufacturers must be in the know about the implication of bad practices that will cause allergic reaction and the legal implication as ignorance of the law is no excuse
