I thought that one or two of the major questions, contained within them, a choice of two answers, (of the four), that could have been construed as being the correct answer. Which then leads you to guess between the two. (Of the four choices). Also I incorrectly clicked on one answer by mistake, and could then not immediately go back and correct this, without going through the whole excersise again. So I just simply carried on. Your question about the 'box labelling of ingredients' is also not very good, as when I went to enlarge the thumbnail picture, I accidentally clicked on the picture, as if I was choosing the answer, and which was then registered as a 'wrong' answer, which was not fair.
The course has given me a better understanding of food allergies and how to prevent cross contamination.
