A good informative course

The course helped me understand and gain information but the videos were way too long

See first aid question. Next question confirms what I say. What is importance of remembering figures of number of people who have got allergy, coeliac disease? Some questions are very ambiguous!

Very easy to follow. very clear explanations. covers all aspects of food allergies. Having a child that had a food allergy (since outgrown) I found this course brilliant in everything that it covered. Even has a first aid section. Very well done.

Learnt about food packaging.Didnt realise that allergens could only be put in ingredients label.Informative

Simple to understand and simple to use. Clear summaries, short sections to maintain concentration and was presented in an interesting format. The use of summary questions was useful also.

I have Coeliac disease, some of this information I already knew, the course was interupted yesterday by an update, so I continued it today, I managed to pass the test (just)
