The course is really good. Packed with excellent information that is well explained. The subject is a mine field but this course made things simple and clear. I want to use this course for the business I work for. We have a food hall that has a bakery which has loose items for customers to choose. I thought the test could have been a bit harder, perhaps more questions so i know the team have fully understood how important the issue is.
An easy to follow video which enabled me to be more aware of food allergies.
