Please update the course in response to Natasha's law: https://www.food.gov.uk/business-guidance/introduction-to-allergen-labelling-changes-ppds Two particular questions in the test I took should be updated regarding the ingredients labelling of foods prepared and packed on the premises for direct sale. It's important that awareness of how the new law impacts is included in training because non-compliance could incur fines.

I knew very little about allergens prior to viewing this course and I believe it gave me the points I really need to know. I did get a bit confused on a couple of the questions as being on the over-cautious side! Maybe the question was not clear enough.

I enjoyed doing the training and it was presented very well. I had one slight blip where it seemed to repeat itself, otherwise would definitely give it 5 stars.
Easy to stop & start if you get interrupted and also easy to review a section before you start the test.
