I thought the course was presented in an interesting way - the occasional touch of humour helped! I didn't get all of the questions right which was due to my not concentrating enough on the videos. I thought this showed that it wasn't too easy.

Ideal to have video clips for each section. This could be improved if you could click forwards when you want to listen to something again, rather than having to listen to the whole video.

Good training, but would personally prefer more visuals to look at throughout the course rather than just one person talking as find it easy to switch off! I also accidentally clicked on one incorrect answer - not sure if there is a way to change it so you have to confirm your answer before it submits, rather than it submitting as soon as you select the option? Thank you! 😊

Excellent course, all the information is set out very clearly throughout the videos and no lengthy reading to do!

Very good.....l especially liked the fact that the training was broken down into small sections , and u could go back over things as needed....it was needed at times as am past 80yrs , and the brain not what it might be !!

I enjoyed learning about the different food allergies and how to make the children and staff safe.
