Not as good as the Level 2 Food Safety Course.
Easy to follow, interesting and informative. And necessary for anyone preparing food.
I would like to thank you for providing this simple, yet informative training course about food allergy awareness. It is essential that we know how to keep our customers and those we work with, and indeed ourselves safe when preparing and serving food. Being aware of allergens and knowing how to provide clear labelling and having good hygiene levels are all key things to know and practice. This is a great elemental training course and I would highly recommend it. Many thanks
