Again wasted time because I replayed an earlier section but was unable to skip the intervening ones subsequently.
It was well laid out, relevant information and detail. Questions fine.
After more than 20 years in catering it was good to catch up with all of the food allergy training. Things change over time & we shouldn't think we know it all. A refresher course is very welcome.
Easy to follow format with good explanations and examples.
Easy & clear to understand as you go through each course. Its well presented with easy function to go over bits again when you want. The test at the end makes it extra important that you take in as much informationas possible with a certificate at the end. Quite enjoyed doing the course!!
