It was very educational to watch all the video although I would prefer a few long videos
The course was great as I was able to understand different allergens and how to be aware in different environments.
Obviously some of the content is not directly relevant to my day to day work as I am not preparing or need to label food. Useful to be able to inform students with allergies and intolerances how they can protect themselves when purchasing food.
Not easy but very interesting and informative !
