technical, more practical for kitchen

I work in a nursing home, my staff need to be able to identify allergens and make suitable substitution of ingredients. I am often asked questions like "can the gluten free lady eat.....?" etc

Great input well delivered easy to under

Really enjoyed this training. Very useful and cover and explain the new law very well. The way is been explained and deliverd is exllent. ( better than reading about the new law in the major publication)
