Was really easy to understand and wasnt boring to watch leart alot

I found this course particularly difficult,alot of information that is crucial to anyone involved with preparation of food, and being responsible for passing on information about food containing allergens to somebody with a food allergy, has made very aware of the serious life threatening reactions to these people.
