To the point, I liked the format and the interactive elements.

I enjoyed doing this course. It was very informative and easy to understand. It helped me to understand the difference between allergy and intolerance. A lot of people believe they are the same. It is hard to believe there are so many different allergens.

The course is full of very helpful information presented in a clear manner. I feel I have learned a lot about food allergens and will be much more aware when providing and handling food in future.

Bit too much “talk &chalk;” for me. Would have liked more interaction during delivery. I have done food hygiene training both on and off line throughout my working life but now as a volunteer rather than manager found my attention lapsing towards end and didn’t take on legislation section properly. Suggest putting it first whilst most people are still fresh!

A very informative course which had a wealth of important information on the importance of understanding the musts and mustn't when understanding food allergies. Including what to look out for and where to find it.

Although I am not involved in food preparation directly, it was very useful to learn about food allergens (14 of them - who knew?) and and how they should be notified to the consumer.

Gives valuable information which could save a persons life.
