I enjoyed this training as I have learnt from it and will use this learning to improve my practice and implement new procedures.
I rate the training 5 stars because I actually learnt a lot in just about under an hour. The food allergy awareness training is so important for anyone who's getting into the Food & Beverage industry. But also, not just for work, but it should also be knowledge for family and friends in the future as well. The videos were straight forward and nothing to difficult to understand. The information sticks with you even right after. I also like how they put a big awareness on cleanliness and hygiene as well.
I have learnt a lot more than I knew before about allergies and food intollerance
