I found the wording in the presentation and the quick questions inconsistent. If I remember rightly the question asked the number of allegens, not food allegens. The presentation said there were 6 allegens and 14 main food allegens. As a several dyslexia person I found wording in the presentation, quick question and the exam problematic for me.

I learnt a lot but hard to take it in all at once so worth replaying the videos before moving onto the next section.
The course was explained clearly and gave you time to take in all the information, so you can confidently answer the questions. Very helpful to know you are more aware and have the knowledge of food allergy.

One point to bear in mind is that white on yellow (summary cards) is hard to read maybe go for a darker background.
